Mark Kuzio has been an artist and potter for over 30 years.  In addition to clay, he works in photography, sculpture, and most recently, video.  He received an MA in Sculpture from the Department of Art and Art Education at New York University.  His clay experience has included works in Porcelain, Stoneware, Raku and most recently, Earthenware.  Some of Kuzio's past clay
works are included in major institutions such as the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston and the Portland Museum of Art in Portland, Maine.  Mark's more commercial and production oriented endeavors in clay has included a complete line of backyard birding items called Birdowrks of Maine.  Next was Ikebana Ware, an innovative concept of a serving dish combined with a Ikebana 'pin frog'. The Patio Flame is his most recent innovative concept in the pottery
realm.

Outside interests include hosting and producing his own community
television show and participating in the sport of Curling.

Mark resides with his wife and daughter in the beautiful coastal town of Belfast, Maine.
